We are proud to announce that we have been selected to supply two 45-ton Container Gantry Cranes for a critical logistics project in Georgia. These cranes are specifically designed for the unloading of cargo from trains and trucks at a local freight station. This project is of great significance, with participation from multiple countries including Georgia, Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, and China, and stringent requirements for product quality and factory technology.

After a rigorous selection process, our cranes were chosen for their superior performance and high-quality design. We are confident that our product features will meet the project’s demanding needs and contribute to its success.

Key Features of Our Cranes:

1. Smooth and Stable Operation: Our cranes are equipped with variable frequency drives for smooth, vibration-free operation, ensuring reduced impact during movement.
2. Advanced Safety and Protection Features: We incorporate various limiters and safety measures, including overload limiters, lifting height limiters, lightning rods, wind speed gauges, and rail clamps to protect both the crane and the customer’s assets and staff.
3. Precision and Efficiency in Lifting: The crane’s lifting device features an inverted 8-rope structure, reducing sway and ensuring more precise positioning. Additionally, multiple limit switches on the lifting device increase safety and operational efficiency.
4. Cold-Weather Operation: Our cranes are built with low-temperature resistant steel (Q355E), and the motors and reducers are equipped with heating belts. The electrical room and operator cabin are also fitted with heating and cooling units to ensure proper operation even in harsh winter conditions.
