Precautions for Using the Drum Lifting Clamps

Apply a small amount of light mechanical lubricant to all moving parts to ensure safe and reliable operation.
Confirm that the drum’s weight and contents do not exceed the load capacity of the drum lifting clamp.
When lifting the drum, lift it smoothly and avoid lifting too quickly. During the lifting process, do not allow the drum to collide with other objects.
When lowering the drum, place it down gently to avoid damaging the drum.
Ensure that the clamp lifts and lowers the drum vertically.

Maintenance of the Drum Lifting Tongs

Apply light lubricant to the moving parts of the drum lifting clamp every 10-15 days.
Keep all parts of the drum lifting clamp clean. If there is any debris or dirt, clean it thoroughly to extend its service life.
Regularly check whether the springs and pins of the drum lifting clamp are in their normal positions.
