QB explosion-proof open winch double girder overhead cranes are used in the working environment where explosive mixtures exist. The structural form of its main load-bearing components is the same as that of ordinary double girder bridge cranes. The main difference is that the electrical equipment of the whole machine adopts the explosion-proof type, and the power supply of the big vehicle adopts the flexible cable type power supply.

Product features:

The rated lifting capacity is 5t~200t and the span is 10.5m~31.5m.
In order to ensure the mechanical explosion-proof requirements, the working line speed of the large and small running mechanism are controlled within 25m/min (16m/min in IIC), and the wire rope winding speed of the hoisting mechanism shall not exceed 28m/min.
Wheel tread and rim part should not be used due to impact, friction and ignition of explosive gas mixtures of stainless steel or other non-sparking material production
The small rollers on the cable pulley and the small bumper wheels on the limit switch are made of copper.
The power supply of the big vehicle adopts the flexible cable type power supply, and the hoist traction line adopts stainless steel wire rope in the case of IIC class.
The working speed of each organization: the trolley and trolley running mechanism is single-speed or double-speed, the lifting mechanism can be single-speed or double-speed, and each organization can also be non-standard design for frequency conversion and speed regulation.
The operation form is ground wired operation, driver’s room operation or a combination of both, can also be designed for ground remote control operation.
The machine is suitable for lifting and carrying operations in places where flammable, explosive or harmful gases exist in the working environment.
