Wanli New Energy Smart Inland Port Rail Mounted Container Gantry Crane

Recently, good news came from the Wanli New Energy Smart Inland Port project site in Ordos City: the RMG container gantry crane manufactured by our company was successfully delivered and put into use. This is another masterpiece of container gantry cranes since Henan Kuangshan Crane implemented its premium strategy. It highlights the increasing innovation and creativity of Henan Kuangshan and helps the project achieve an annual throughput of 5 million tons. This rail-mounted container gantry crane employs Schneider variable frequency speed control and Siemens PLC control systems. It has a Remote Control and Monitoring System (RCMS) and operation functions. Additionally, it features an anti-sway system and a container truck lifting prevention system. Through automatic container searching and intelligent control, it achieves zero-position monitoring and automatic guiding of the spreaders, ensuring precise positioning for container handling. The RMG container gantry crane adapts to complex handling positions, effectively improving the efficiency of loading and unloading containers, and meeting the daily handling and lifting needs of Wanli Inland Port. This project, centered on the Ordos Inland Port during the 14th Five-Year Plan period, aims to create a green and smart inland port logistics hub. It leverages a multi-stage container transport mode driven by new energy heavy trucks. Utilizing a digital Internet public service platform, the project includes intelligent logistics scheduling, container management, transaction settlement, and energy consumption monitoring. It standardizes the interface between transportation tools and logistics equipment, promoting automation and convenience in cargo transportation, port entry and exit, and charging and battery swapping processes. Henan Kuangshan’s custom-made rail-mounted container gantry crane for Wanli Inland Port will significantly enhance its container handling capacity with high-quality product services and outstanding container yard loading and unloading operations, providing technical and equipment support for its overall operations. In the future, Henan Kuangshan Crane Co., Ltd. will cooperate deeply with Green Energy and Husheng Logistics on the new energy smart inland port project. Together, they aim to build an intensive, efficient, green, intelligent, open, and shared modern logistics network hub in the Hohhot-Baotou-Ordos-Ulaanqab region.
