LHB explosion-proof double girder hoist overhead cranes are used in the working environment where explosive mixtures exist. The main difference is that the whole machine electrical equipment are used in explosion-proof type, and the power supply of the big vehicle adopts flexible cable type power supply.

  • The rated lifting capacity is 5t~40t and the span is 7.5m~31.5m.
  • The tread and rim of the wheel should be made of stainless steel or other non-sparking materials that do not ignite explosive gas mixtures due to impact and friction.
  • The small rollers on the cable trolley and the small bumper wheels on the limit switch are made of copper.
  • The power supply of the big vehicle adopts the flexible cable type power supply, and the hoist traction line adopts stainless steel wire rope in the case of IIC class.
