  • The main girder and end girder are welded box girder structure, the lower flange plate is used as the running track of electric hoist, and the main girder and end girder are connected by high-strength bolts, which is convenient for transportation and on-site installation.

  • The hoisting mechanism adopts a new type of electric hoist with compact structure and easy maintenance. It adopts C-type structure with parallel arrangement of motor and drum, integrated design of motor, reducer, drum and hoist limit switch, and all main transmission parts are exposed, which is convenient for installation and maintenance. The shell adopts rod frame structure, i.e. the reducer and the electric control box are connected with round rods to form the main body of the hoist, which can be adapted to different reel lengths and lifting heights by replacing the round rods of different lengths. The suspension trolley adopts the side-hanging form with low building height and inverter control.

  • Squirrel cage two-speed motor is used for lifting, and frequency conversion motor is used for trolley and trolley operation.

The hoisting reel is made of steel, with small wire rope deflection, effectively avoiding wear and tear.
