• The main girder and end girder are welded box girder structure, the lower flange plate is used as the running track of electric hoist, and the main girder and end girder are connected by high-strength bolts, which is convenient for transportation and on-site installation.

• The hoisting mechanism adopts a new type of electric hoist with compact structure and easy maintenance. It adopts C-type structure with parallel arrangement of motor and drum, integrated design of motor, reducer, drum and hoist limit switch, and all main transmission parts are exposed, which is convenient for installation and maintenance. The shell adopts rod frame structure, i.e. the reducer and the electric control box are connected with round rods to form the main body of the hoist, which can be adapted to different reel lengths and lifting heights by replacing the round rods of different lengths. The suspension trolley adopts the side-hanging form with low building height and inverter control.

• The traveling mechanism is optimized and designed as a whole, adopting three-in-one driving device and frequency conversion speed regulation, which has the advantages of compact structure, low noise and maintenance-free operation.
• Squirrel cage two-speed motor is used for lifting, and frequency conversion motor is used for trolley and trolley operation.
• The electrical connection adopts international standard heavy-duty aviation plug with protection level IP65, featuring fast plugging and unplugging, reliable connection and so on.
• Crane maneuvering adopts hand and electric door ground maneuvering, the hand and electric door is separated from the electric hoist, which is suspended on the main beam and moves freely through the slide rail system.

• Light self-weight, from the hoisting mechanism, steel structure to accessories are the most reasonable structure, coupled with a wide range of high-strength materials, improve the load-bearing capacity, reduce its own weight, lighter than the traditional crane self-weight, wheel pressure is small.

• Occupying small space, the limit distance from the hook to both sides is small, the working range is large, the height above the rail surface is small, and the space in the plant is effectively utilized.

• High performance, using frequency conversion technology, heavy load slow speed, light load fast, speed range 1:10, crane running smoothly, reduce the impact on the plant. Combined with the anti-sway technology, it can realize the high-precision positioning of the hoisted items.

• Easy to operate, using a variety of ergonomic suspension controller for controlling the operation of the crane. Wireless remote control system (divided into button type and rocker type) is also optional, which provides the best control solution for using cranes in harsh and complex environments.

• With interlocking, overload protection, zero protection, limit protection and other protective measures to ensure the safe and reliable operation of the crane. The hoisting reel is made of steel, with small wire rope deflection, effectively avoiding wear and tear. The hoist motor is equipped with independent air-cooling system, thermal protection function and IP54 protection level, with independent braking system and automatic wear compensation function. If special requirement, it can be equipped with two braking systems. With advanced PLC automatic detection and friendly man-machine interface, it measures, calculates and monitors the performance, safety and operation condition of the crane, which makes the conveyance of goods safer and more reliable.

• Adoption of green design concept, wide application of high-strength materials, seamless undercutting of main beams, automated welding technology and laser cutting technology realizes energy saving and environmental protection in the production process, and reduces pollution and damage to the environment.

• Positioning fast, the introduction of frequency conversion system, to solve the previous practical operation, speed controllability is poor, as well as single-speed mechanism operation, large or small car drive through or not, thus improving the lifting cycle of the items, frequent operation, the effect is particularly obvious. The adoption of anti-swinging technology improves the positioning accuracy of lifting items.
