The crane consists of a gantry, trolley (equipped with a lifting mechanism, trolley running mechanism, and hydraulic overturning mechanism), trolley running mechanism, driver’s room, and electrical equipment.

According to the different directions of dumping, the structure of the outrigger is divided into A-type and U-type.

The trolley is equipped with a hydraulic turning mechanism, which is composed of a hydraulic workstation and a slag-turning hook. When the hanging beam lifts the slag bucket before the rise, the driver controls the hydraulic turning mechanism action, by the hydraulic cylinder to push the slag hook back to a specific position. Then the slag bucket rises to the slag hook above, the driver controls the slag hook forward to the slag bucket under the slag bucket, slag bucket down, the two sides of the eccentric turning axle fall on the slag hook, continue to fall, the slag bucket using its weight eccentric began to flip, and then complete the dumping work.

To meet the short construction period of the subway, the construction site changes more frequently, our company targeted the main beam on the addition of a variable span function, to facilitate the construction of the site change after the change of the span with the change.

At the same time, we have developed the steering dumping trolley, which adjusts the dumping direction according to the location of the slag outlet. Adopting this trolley, the construction party can realize the soil lifting and dumping in different slag discharge directions by configuring one crane.
