This double girder overhead crane with grab bucket consists of a box-shaped bridge, grab trolley, trolley traveling mechanism, operator cabin, and electrical control system. The lifting device is a mechanical four-rope double-clamshell grab. The grab trolley is equipped with a hoisting mechanism and an opening/closing mechanism. The grab uses four steel ropes wound separately on the hoisting and opening/closing drums. The opening/closing mechanism drives the grab to close and grasp the material. Once the grab closes, the hoisting mechanism is immediately activated, allowing the four steel ropes to bear the load evenly and lift the material.
